Attiéké is a traditional Ivorian dish made from fermented cassava (manioc). It is a staple food in Côte d'Ivoire and has also gained popularity across West Africa and beyond. Attiéké has a texture and appearance similar to couscous but with a slightly tangy flavor due to the fermentation process.
