SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders over $30 and only within the Contiguous United States which means the 48 adjoining U.S. states plus Washington DC. Orders below $30 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $5.00. Special orders requests will be quoted shipping fee depending on the dimensions and weight profile of the special request items.

International Shipping
At this time we do not ship products internationally. But if you really need something shipped to you, please contact us and we will make every effort to help.

Expedited Shipping

We strive to ship every order placed before 4pm EST in the same day, and we use one or another form of expedited delivery. While we cannot guarantee this, 80% of our products arrive within three-five days of shipping.

For perishable items bought Wednesday-Sunday, items will be shipped out that following Monday to ensure delivery and preserve the freshness of these items.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Policy

Eligibility:

  • Items eligible for return include those that are damaged, defective, expired, or not as described on our website.
  • Perishable goods and items purchased during a sale may not be eligible for return.

Timeline:

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Return Process:

  2. Fill out the return form provided by our customer service team.
  3. Package the item securely and include the return form in the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund or Exchange:

  • Customers will receive a refund for returned items, excluding any shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes paid.
  • Alternatively, customers may opt for an exchange or store credit.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exceptions:

  • Perishable goods, items purchased during a sale, and items marked as non-returnable may not be eligible for return.
