Directions for Preparation:
- Put water into kettle and heat until it boils.
- Put 1/2 cup of Pounded Yam in a pot.
- Pour boiling water on top of Pounded Yam.
- Stir Pounded Yam until it is smooth.
- Add more water for softer Pounded Yam.
- Serve Pounded Yam with your best soup.
